The following guide will help you re-Authenticate the Cloudsfer application in order to connect to your One Drive for Business or SharePoint Online.


The re-authentication can be done by following the below steps: 

  1. Navigate to https://portal.office.com/myapps#
  2. Remove our application from the list of apps. Click on settings for the Cloudsfer icon and then select ‘Remove’.
  3. Go to app.cloudsfer.com and recreate the Migration Plan or connect again to One Drive for Business / SharePint Online from an existing Migration Plan.
