If you're looking to migrate your content from/to business accounts, you will need to upgrade your Cloudsfer account type to "Business" by purchasing one of our business plans.

With that being said, when running into the following message, click Upgrade your account


A page with two possible plan types will appear: Personal and Business. Make sure to purchase a Business plan (up to 1TB, if you'd like a larger business plan, please contact us at sales@cloudsfer.com/support@cloudsfer.com).
