The following guide will help you re-Authenticate the Cloudsfer application in order to connect to your One Drive for Business or SharePoint Online.
The re-authentication can be done by following the below steps:
- Navigate to https://portal.office.com/myapps#
- Remove our application from the list of apps. Click on settings for the Cloudsfer icon and then select ‘Remove’.
- Go to app.cloudsfer.com and recreate the Migration Plan or connect again to One Drive for Business / SharePint Online from an existing Migration Plan.
