Customers that want to migrate into Autodesk BIM 360 Docs, and don’t see Accounts or Projects in Cloudsfer UI:



First, please check that you have custom integration/Apps enabled


Autodesk Apps and Integrations are available to accounts with over 100 accounts. 

Customers experiencing these exceptions should contact Autodesk's Support via bim360appsactivations@autodesk.com with a request to exceptionally enable BIM 360 API access.


Please include the following information in the Email:

  • BIM 360 Account Name - the email address you used to create the account.
  • BIM 360 Account ID - To find the Account ID, go to BIM 360 Account Admin -> Settings tab -> click View Account ID at the bottom left corner of the screen.
  • Email address of the BIM 360 account admin
  • Further Details - Required APIs or Apps, traffic, Volume etc.
